I am writing to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal on Shuffle Casino.

I requested a withdrawal on April 27th, 2026, in the amount of R$679.04. Since then, the status has remained "under review" with no clear timeframe provided.

My account is fully verified (KYC completed), and I have not been asked to submit any additional documents. I have also not violated any terms or used multiple accounts.

I contacted support, and they only replied with a generic message saying that my case is under manual review by the compliance team, without giving any deadline or explanation.

It has now been several days without any progress or updates, which is unreasonable for a simple withdrawal request.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible.

Hello, I understand one would count on easy withdrawal, especially for an already verified account. The best assistance is to be patient and let the casino proceed with the pre-withdrawal check. Sadly, this is not something the casino can skip and even though the delay is inconvenient, just as you said, it has been a few days.

So, your request is understandable, but it falls on the casino to "resolving this issue and ensuring my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible" at least at this stage.
