I don't play in this casino but if that's how long the first withdrawal lasted, I would probably expect something similar. If it exceeds the 14 day limit, be sure to let me know and open a complaint. I don't think it's best to take 2 weeks for each withdrawal.😕

After getting the first withdrawal properly, the second and third didnt arrive, I have been waiting for more than a month and a half. I have contacted several times by chat and the third time i contaced they told me that I have to verify again. I send again my verification (id, video selfie, bill, etc) and they tell me that I have to verify the proof of address for a third time without giving me a reason, when I have already sent invoices.


I contact by chat again and they tell me that they have no more information and that they will inform me by email. They never send emails or answer them.


And here I am, with almost 1000€ withheld and unable to been paid-
