Snatch casino, seems they have snatched my money.
The casino is now down, and after ac3 day waiting period, with responses assuring me my withdraw was queued up and ready to go.
On the third day my withdraw was cancelled, without any explanation.
I contacted live chat and was told I needed to submit kyc documents, after I was told it was not required.
I submitted the documents on July 25th and it's now Aug. 14th.
Every long awaited response from any email communication is the same scripted response.
The only responses I got that was quick and positive was in regards to an inquiry if I was allowed to play while my withdraw was frozen/cancelled.
Oh yes, absolutely you can play.
I haven't touched the balance.
I certainly get plenty of emails encouraging me to take advantage of bonuses and deposit lol

Jeg modtog også en e-mail i dag, der sagde, at jeg skulle indsende mine dokumenter på ENGELSK vedrørende KYC-processen (igen, på MIN EGEN anmodning...)?! Hvordan skal det fungere med en tysk bankkonto og en tysk telefonudbyder? Her er bevis på e-mailkommunikationen. Det kan ikke være sandt!
