Once a complaint is created, each party—the player and the casino—has up to 7 days to reply. That means up to 7 days total can pass just for the first round of communication. Only after this step can we properly assess what’s going on and ask further questions or escalate the case.
In your case, the complaint is still in its early phase. If you check the complaint page, you’ll see a timer showing how much time is left for each side to respond. I recommend using that as your guide rather than venting here, which doesn’t help your case or move things faster.

Psal jsem na hate, kde mi řekli že maximální částka výběru se rozhoduje dle vložených prostředků a použitých bonusů a já mám nárok na 3 výběry v týdnu max 20 000 Kč po 24 hodinách. Když jsem psal mému VIP manažerovy svůj problém, co to je když si své peníze nemohu hned vybrat a on mi ani neodepsal, jinak odepisuje hned na mé odpovědi...
