Jeg har allerede undersøgt muligheden for at indgive en klage til myndighederne i Anjou. Ifølge andre brugere er klageprocessen dog ikke mulig, hvis du spiller fra et land, som casinoet udelukker. Tyskland er for nylig blevet føjet til casinoets liste. Desuden siges det, at licensmyndigheden tager casinoernes stærke parti.

if you post on bitcointalk, make sure you write a thread in Scam accusations and write in Casino Announcement thread. You will be immediately attacked by people that is paid to wear Toshi banner for advertising.

There are some people with some connection to casino there... I don't know much but Toshi has a kind of community there, so the forum might be important to them..
Regarding to the mediator is someone that usually help others regarding to casino complaints, with a lot of connections and reputation but with some mistakes aswell obv..
Let mesay that since the beginning of 2026 there are more restrictions for gambling-oriented websites. We are still trying to tailor our website accordingly to those restrictions to find a balance and allow players to see as much information about casinos as possible. Sadly, in some cases we have not yet figured out the best solution and quite a handful of casinos may be missing.
Thus, I truly can't say when this particular casino will be "back."

However, according to other users, the complaint process isn't possible if you're playing from a country that the casino excludes. Germany has recently been added to the casino's list. Ich habe mich gestern im Bitcoin Forum angemeldet, ich muss mir aber Zeit nehmen um einen Post dort zu verfassen. Ich kenne mich im Forum leider garnicht aus.
Radka, wie findest du die Antwort vom Casino? Auf mich wirkt sie leider sehr herablassend und sehr streng. Außerdem haben sie in ihrer Antwort wichtige Details weggelassen, wie z.b das erwähnen von Spielsucht.
Meiner Meinung nach ist das nur ein kläglicher Versuch sein Gesicht zu wahren.
Zu einer Beschwerde an die Anjouan Behörde habe ich mir bereits ein paar Infos gesucht. Allerdings soll laut anderen Nutzern das Beschwerdeverfahren nicht möglich sein, wenn man aus einem Land spielt, dass das Casino ausschließt. Seit neuem befindet sich Deutschland nämlich auf der Liste des Casinos. Außerdem soll die Lizenzbehörde stark auf der Seite der Casinos stehen.

I do not dare to guess which aspects led us to change how this casino review is publicly accessible. Regulations is my best guess. I too would love to see it published already with the associated complaint and possible user reviews.
When it comes to Anjouan, I'm quite hesitant, though. I recall that some adjustment has been made; however, as far as I know, little has changed for the actual players' disputes.
The thing is that AOFA has no team dedicated to investigating player issues directly; thus, it instructs players to follow the casino's complaint procedures first or to find the services of a third-party ADR provider (such as Casino Guru). If neither of those works, players are required to forward the matter to the authority. I find the process to be quite confusing at this point. To be completely honest here, I believe I have never heard a player saying that AOFA actually looked into a previously closed ADR complaint. Well, perhaps once, now that I'm thinking about it... In most cases the licensing authority does not respond further.

Google-søgninger efter Toshibet fra Casino Guru viser resultater, men hvis du klikker på dem, omdirigeres du til andre casinoer eller til hovedsiden.

My intention was to express that when it comes to Casino Guru, such casino disappearance does not mean that all the problems players had with the brand vanished too. All complaints, including those not available on the website, are still stored and we count them.
Imagine such a brand gets sold or altered, first of all, we aim to clearly address the matter of those complaints before any changes to the casino reviews are made on our side.
I just thought it would be good to mention this, given those circumstances.
