I have played here several times and won. One particular occasion I had a bonus which was, only for six hours but managed to play through the wagering requirements, fast. And very nice win as a result. As far as exciting game play, this casino is great!! Large selection of games, customer service responds quickly. After contacting for withdrawals all were processed and paid. Would like to see progressive jackpots on the site, it's a fairly new casino and has great potential.

I have been playing at this casino for a few months now and loved it in the begining as I had a couple of good wins and withdrew my winnings twice without too much wait, as it stipulates in there regulations withdrawals can take up to 3 buisness days to be approved and a further 3-5 buisness days to reach your designated account. I opted for bank transfer as my payment method which is recommended to be the fastest way to recieve my money. The first 2 withdrawals I made I received without too much drama. This time around I have requested 2 x $800 withdrawals which you are only allowed 3 withdrawals at one given time so it was under the max withdrawal limit. I made the first request on the 03/12/2024 and the second request 04/12/2024 after waiting a week I started to contact customer service daily via live chat and via emails to see what was happening with my withdrawal request as the status of my withdrawals hadn't changed it was still under review. Each time I made contact I was told exactly the same thing every time it was like an automated message was sent telling me exactly the same thing to my disappointment but I would still contact them daily to be told the same thing over and over. You can imagine how frustrated I was getting. Now it's the 19/12/2024 and nothing has changed I am still waiting to recieve my winnings whilst still playing at the casino every day with hope of my withdrawal changing status. I'm just about to loose the plot waiting for this. I have wasted so much time and money trying to have this situation resolved as it is almost Christmas and I am counting on this money so we can have a good Christmas. The way it is looking so far it seems as Christmas will be spent without anything to put on the table. I'm at my whitts end. What do I do. Other than this I can't fault the casino games ect. Their terms and conditions need to be changed as stated allow up to 3 business days for withdrawal to be approved it should Read allow up to 2 weeks for withdrawals be approved but no less than 3 days once approved it says can take 3-5 business days to reach your nominated banking option. Let's see how long it takes as my winnings haven't hit my account yet. I will update my review once it has, as its the weekend now and i will possibly have to wait until Monday before any money is deposited into my account. Just in time for Christmas thanks kingmaker. Send An email a day pays eventually... UPDATE I finally received my withdrawal of $1600 21 days later. I did have to reach out to Live Chat to get the Bonus credited, however it was credited shortly after.

Turnover Requirements
Qualify for Bonus = 1x @ 1.5+ odds.
Conversion = (Deposit + Bonus) * 6 @ 2.0+ odds or combo with 1.5+ odds 2+ legs.

I hit the turnover requirements pretty quickly through some Live Betting on Table Tennis (awful trying to pick winners there!).

Before completing the Bonus requirements, I did ask if I could verify my account knowing full well I'd have to verify prior to withdrawal. Asked a couple times on chat, each time told "nothing to verify at this point" - which I knew, because the verification page said this.

Did have an issue with my bonus turnover not calculating/adding up. It was stuck on $75 after several hundreds of dollars worth of qualifying bets. Did take several chats to get it resolved, a couple of the chats were useless, telling me about T&Cs when I pointed out I already had read them. Clearly the Live Chat operators weren't employees of Kingmaker, as I had to show them a copy of a promo available on their promotions page via screen shot.

Low and below, 48 hours after submitting a withdrawal, it was put on paused advising I had to KYC.

KYC itself seemed a bit excessive;

- Photo ID front/back
- Proof of Address
- Copies of card front/back
- Unedited transaction history from account linked to card
- Selfie in front of a device showing the Kingmaker website.

The first three I have no issue with, but the unedited transaction history seems a bit intrusive.

Did the KYC, after reading in the T&Cs it could take up to 10 days, Live Chat told me it would be within 3 business days. 10 days seems like a long time, 3 I could accept, even though its 2024 and KYC could/should be instant.

KYC compete Aug 14th from my side, and acknowledged complete by Aug 16th (2 days), so not bad there by KM.

Paid: Aug 16th in afternoon
Received: Within 60 minutes

Overall, a reasonably standard experience, nothing special. As is with any casino doing shared Live Chat services, they were only able to provide very generic responses, occasionally just deflecting the question (i.e "Not our team", or "can't see that info").

I wouldn't be racing back to use them, but as far as "did I get paid?" well yes, I deposited, won, and received my money within a reasonable time frame. Ultimately, that's what you want from a casino, the fact you'll be paid if you win.

I have been playing a few weeks and from day 1 I did a withdrawal 4 days later I did 2 more, that was 12days ago, I have not received money in my account and I've sent at least 20 emails just to get a generated reply, live chat tells me to email.
