BEWARE, even if you contact them requesting the spins you paid for, the operator admits they were not given and said she was going to load them on my account. I figured the conversation was over so I went to bed. When I woke apparently that as I didn't answer the operators question about 15 mins after she said she'd load them, (my mistake, I assumed as she said she would load them, i thought she meant it) that was not the case.
