Agent forstår ikke forespørgslen, og svarene er irrelevante. Sender mig til at gøre ting, der ikke hjælper, spilder tid og komplicerer sagen, hvilket gør det frustrerende, hvilket førte til, at jeg bare ville forlade kasinoet og spille et andet sted. Meget dårlig service. Gentager bare hvad som helst som en automatiseret bot og virker ikke effektivt :/ havde store forhåbninger til dette casino, og nu vil jeg bare ud, fordi kundesupport ser dårlig ud.. sikke en skam
Jeg sendte skærmbilleder af bonus, jeg fandt online for at vide, om den var gyldig/virkende.. Hvis ja, ville jeg gerne have hjælp til at sikre, at den ville virke før indbetaling, fordi jeg ikke selv kunne finde den (jeg klikkede/tilmeldte mig via tilbudslinket) .. Kiggede på kampagnesiden, min konto/belønninger/bonusser osv.) siger, at min indbetaling for den specifikke bonus var $10, og når man søger at indbetale, havde jeg kun minimum $25 bonusser med forskellige t&c'er.
Agent blev ved med at sige, at jeg havde afventende indbetaling osv. og var nødt til at indbetale for at aktivere en bonus osv., SOM IKKE VAR MIN FORESPØRGSEL..
Jeg forklarede mig tydeligt, gav skærmbilleder osv., men han instruerede mig til at gøre ting, der var irrelevante for mit simple spørgsmål, hvilket komplicerede sagen. Fortæller mig så, at han videresender til det relevante team og vil e-maile mig tilbage for mit "afventende" indskud 😆 (jeg havde ikke lavet en endnu og har aldrig sagt det..?) Spilder næsten 30 minutter for ingenting, fordi han ikke ser ud til at at vide, hvad han laver og blev ved med at fortælle mig, at jeg skulle indbetale.
NONSENS og uprofessionelt.. fik mig til at forlade kasinoet og beslutte mig for ikke at indbetale nogen penge her desværre..
Jeg ved alt, hvad der er at vide om onlinekasinoer, bonusser, t&c'er osv., og han talte til mig, som om jeg ikke forstod, hvordan disse fungerer lol. Jeg følte, at jeg klart ville blive bedre til hans job, fordi han ikke forstod et simpelt spørgsmål, hvilket gjorde dette frustrerende nok til, at jeg kunne forlade kasinoet og se efter at indbetale et andet sted OG KOM GØR DENNE DÅRLIG ANMELDELSE! anbefaler ikke... 👎
Agent does not understand inquiry and answers are irrelevant.. Sending me to do things that won't help, wasting time and complicating the matter making it frustrating which lead me to just wanna leave the casino and play elsewhere. Very bad service. Just repeats whatever like a automated bot and doesn't work efficiently :/ had high hopes for this casino and now I just want to get out because customer support looks crappy.. what a shame
I sent screenshots of bonus I found online to know if was valid/working.. If so, wanted some help on how make sure was going to work before depositing because could not seem to find it myself (I clicked/signed up through offer link. Looked on promotions page, my account/rewards/bonuses etc) says min deposit for the specific bonus was $10 and when looking to deposit, only had minimum $25 bonuses with different t&c's..
Agent kept saying I had pending deposit etc and needed to deposit in order to activate a bonus etc WHICH WAS NOT MY INQUIRY..
I clearly explained myself, providing screenshots etc but he was directing me to do things irrelevant to my simple question, complicating the matter. Then telling me he is forwarding to relevant team and will e-mail me back for my "pending" deposit 😆 (I had not made one yet and never said so ..?) Wasting almost 30 minutes for nothing because he doesn't seem to know what he is doing and kept telling me to deposit.

I know all there is to know about online casinos, bonuses, t&c's etc and he was talking to me like I didn't understand sh** how these work lol. I felt like I would clearly be better at his job because he didn't understand a simple question making this frustrating enough for me to leave casino and look to deposit elsewhere AND COME MAKE THIS POOR REVIEW! do not recommend... 👎
