I asked the chat agent for clarification on maximum bet allowed and maximum winnings in regards to their welcome bonus.
I was informed that there is no maximum bet with their welcome bonus. However there is a 3x max conversion of winnings multiplied by their bonus.
The agent then said those terms show up after the bonus is claimed. BIG REDFLAG.
When I asked where I can find this rule in the terms and conditions, I was told it was in the specific terms and conditions. When I showed screenshot proof that the welcome bonus specific terms and conditions do not show that rule, and only the reload 50 % bonus does.
She thanked me for pointing it out and that was that. I did not play at the casino as the rules are not clearly shown.
