Rettelse: Efter at have hævet et latterligt lille beløb på €97 fra et casino, vil jeg gerne justere min anmeldelse. Bekræftelsen blev gennemført på et par timer, og hævningen var på min konto i løbet af cirka 12 timer.

Selve casinoet er okay, men der skete noget, der får mig til at mistænke, at noget er galt.
Jeg spillede BOD, alt gik perfekt, jeg havde det rigtig sjovt, gevinsterne strømmede ind, og der dukkede gratis spins op. Pludselig blev jeg smidt ud af spillet uden varsel, og hjemmesiden opdaterede sig selv. Bare sådan, uden at jeg klikkede på noget; som sagt var jeg midt i et spil. Efter den automatiske og uønskede opdatering vendte jeg tilbage til spilleautomaten, og da jeg begyndte at spille igen, var der ikke flere gevinster, endsige gratis spins, og min saldo svandt hurtigt ind. På grund af den automatiske opdatering havde RTP (Return to Player) ændret sig fuldstændigt, fra over gennemsnittet/godt til under gennemsnittet/forfærdeligt. Jeg har aldrig oplevet noget lignende før.

I really like playing here and can see myself playing a lot more here with and without bonus funds. Having Play N Go games at highest RTP is a real selling point for a casino these days as it's not easy to find anymore.

Bonus terms are fair and reasonable. I wagered my 2nd deposit bonus and have a nice sum to cash out. If that process goes smoothly then I will increase the rating of this site to 5 stars.

Edit: i submitted a complaint with casino guru but it us not official complaint for another few days so I am.coming here to warn others.

This casino has done nothing but delay my withdrawal. I deposited with Visa which can't be withdrawn to. So instead of doing what every other legitimate casino does and allow etransfer withdraws, they force you deposit with another method to able to.withdraw. so i first deposit litecoin. Twice requested withdrawal and twice denied because the financial team can't process withdraws using cryptocurrency.
So i deposited another min. amount using Skrill. And requested withdrawals twice and they were both rejected due to "technical errors". Keep in mind this happened all over the period of 9 days as they respond very slowly, and never on weekends. Live support is absolutely useless. This is starting to feel like this casino group is fucking top notch scam and casino guru needs to take this shit seriously to protect their users. Im absolutely frustrated right now with this casino's bullshit.

Edit 2: they finally paid out but it t9ok a very long time releasing 750/wk rather than per day. It's embarrassing for a casino thst has a lot of otherwise good qualities to pay out like this.
