There is no doubt that you are in breach of the Rules, however, we believe that cases like this should all be judged separately and all the facts should be taken into consideration.
The casino refuses to provide us with evidence that would prove that the decision was based on facts that would suggest that the player/players gained or could have gained an unfair advantage, and at the same time refuses to reconsider its decision in this case.
