The best advice I can give is to make space away from gambling. Maybe ask your bank to block gambling transactions on your card. Make sure to contact all the casinos that you have an account with and say you want to self exclude. You must state the reason as problem gambler. This will block you instantly and also from any casinos they have in their group.
