I would like to deposit here, I got to like $7,000 on my no deposit bonus and would like to try again with an actual deposit however they simply will not verify my account.

well i won on the no deposit bonus. $100. i sent all my documents the same day. no one would reply to my emails. Then eventually they said i had to make a $30 deposit for verification. so I have since deposited $35. Then they told me my winnings were void because i mixed funds. Apparently that was not true. i was supposed to make the verifcation deposit and once that was done i have to email the document people and let them know to verify my account. However they will not reply. i am also supposed to email the payments department with all my account info, address, email and bitcoin address, which i have also sent them an email and they also will not reply. so now i have $100 winnings and a $35 deposit just sitting there. I am not even allowed to play my deposit money because then the winnings would be mixed with the free chip winnings and everything will be voided. This has been going on for 3 weeks.

That's what they said I did mixed funds. The most dumbest reason ever. I used a no deposit bonus then they took the left overs. Then I did a deposit and won. They took that too. But the rules say if that happens we are supposed to get whatever the cash out max is from the previous bonus. Which for me should have been 100$ but they didn't give me that either

oh did you deposit on top of the winnings from the no deposit bonus? If so you kinda screwed yourself there. If you would have moved the 100 off your balance and in pending withdrawal you would be fine.
Yes but the rules say I'm at least supposed to get the max withdrawal which would have been 100.
And still if you are done with the playthrough it shouldn't matter
