Transactions through TRC20 (be it TRX or USDT) don't even take 5 minutes, I suppose this is a problem with their crypto payment provider, 96 hours is definitely ridiculous, verifying a crypto payment is as simple as checking the txid, I suppose in this casino first the payment provider receives the deposit and then it notifies the casino for the balance to be credited to the user's account. It would be good to know which payment provider it is, I have done these casino transactions through coinspaid and bvnk, so far had no problems with any of them

An account that is restricted from bonuses is not a blocked account, it's a partial restriction, if you can log in, play and withdraw, I don't really see the problem. I got restricted from bonuses in the past by different casinos, this happens, it's normal, when a casino feels certain user is a liability they will cut bonuses off, all you can do is withdraw and close your account and bet somewhere else, that's what I have done in the past and everything worked out fine, you will find casinos that will regularly give bonuses if you make consistent clean deposits, have a decent turnover or a decent VIP level, when a casino decides to cut off bonuses there is nothing to do

Never heard of it, I'm not sure if it is the provider the one to blame or the casino for the delay (or maybe both). You must have a reference number for that transaction (besides the txid, I mean a reference number provided by the payment provider), maybe you could use that to contact their support and maybe you can find out who is the one responsible for the delay

I have everything and the casinos says I need to wait 96 hours , so clearly someone is using my funds for 96 hours and then probably they will release it, I am just asking myself how can a casino that operates that way get a license? And on top of that casino guru gives them a 9.8 rating its beyond ridiculous

The deposit was credited eventually, they are saying that was the difference between the amount I put in i was going to deposit and the actual deposit,anyway I was off by 2 euros and 20 cent i said I will deposit 40 and the actual deposit was 42.20 or something similar, I wish that was explained to me in the chat but it wasn't, so I decided to close the account with this casino and never use it again, if for deposit it took that long i can only imagine for withdrawal could be months, so therefore I will never again play at their casino
