I begyndelsen af sidste uge vandt jeg penge hos Palmslots. Desværre tjekkede jeg ikke deres anmeldelser på CasinoGuru først. Tirsdag (25.07) klarede jeg en hævning på €2.5k (jeg lavede en x10 indbetaling), sendte alle de nødvendige dokumenter til KYC. Efter 24 timer bad de mig via e-mail om yderligere dokumenter fra mifinity, som jeg sendte. Efter yderligere 24 timer bad de om et ekstra ID-billede (Dette var allerede lidt mærkeligt, men jeg tænkte ok, måske det første var sløret?).
Hvorefter kontakten fra deres side forsvandt. I henhold til deres T&C skal betalingen behandles inden for 48 timer, fra i dag (i morgen går der 7 dage) har jeg ikke modtaget nogen besked fra dem. Jeg kontaktede via e-mail - Silence. Jeg har skrevet til support, som gentager det samme igen og igen, at min transaktion er under behandling, og jeg må vente. Da jeg spurgte, hvor længe jeg skal vente, og hvad der sker, fordi den tid, de erklærer i deres T&C, allerede er gået, afbrød supporten fra chatten....
Hvis det ikke var for anmeldelserne, og de problemer andre har haft med udbetalinger, havde jeg nok ventet. Men i dette tilfælde vil jeg foretrække at kende ekspertens mening

At the beginning of last week I won money at Palmslots. Unfortunately I didn't check their reviews on CasinoGuru first. On Tuesday (25.07) I managed a withdrawal of €2.5k (I made a x10 deposit wager), sent all the necessary documents to KYC. I have written to support, who repeats the same thing over and over, that my transaction is being processed, and I have to wait. When I asked how long I have to wait, and what is going on, because the time they declare in their T&C has already passed, the support disconnected from the chat....
If it wasn't for the reviews, and the problems others have had with withdrawals, I would probably have waited. But in this case, I would prefer to know the expert's opinion
