If applicable Palmslots could reverse the customer’s deposited funds instead of initiating a new withdrawal transaction.


Chat representative, says due to anti-banking rules :l from Visa and/or "We're updating our payment methods to be more efficient and user-friendly, so Credit/Debit card transactions are not fully up. For the moment you can use one of the alternatives." the Visa withdrawals are not available at the moment so I have to use another method. Isn't that peculiar if I may say? Can anyone comment on that? Not to mention the withdrawal will take ages as previous players stated before.

Hi, while the casino is updating the payment methods I don't think it's that strange. Of course, if you're used to depositing and withdrawing via the credit or debit card mentioned above, it probably won't make the player happy. But at least you got an answer, because in some casinos you might not have even left such information. 

On the other hand, the casino should allow an alternative withdrawal method for you if yours is not available. At least I think that's the way a fair casino should behave. 

However, as far as the withdrawal is concerned, we'll see how long it takes you and hopefully you'll let us know how you get on. I hope you won't have as many obstructions as other players. Good luck. ☘️

One week and no update for the withdrawal - There was an issue with the KYC on my payment methods, it was not stated how/what should be included in the screenshot and the only way i could see that there was an issue with the verification was when hitting the withdrawal button and it was showing the window of KYC. No email,no message about it.
