Hit a $16k grand jackpot. Getting f$&@ed around for two weeks trying to make a withdrawal. First playfina disabled my account. Then unlocked it two days later (no explanation) but cancelled all my withdrawals around 29/01/25. Made withdrawals from 01/02 - 04/02 and still none have been approved.
