Very disappointed with this casino. I’ve made a number of deposits, which I then was inundated with bonus opportunities but I never won. I finally did win on a no deposit bonus and made my first withdrawal. My withdrawal so far has been rejected 3 times for different reasons, all with further information requested. Each time I also receive an email which I need to reply to, to confirm my Litecoin wallet address and withdrawal amount. After sending each email I also need to contact support and confirm the address again, where they send another email which I again need to reply and confirm the information. There is so much double handing here that I feel like they’re trying to confuse me so I’ll give up on the withdrawal.
Then, I receive an email stating that I cannot claim any further bonuses and can only make cash deposits with no bonuses from now on. The timing seems strange considering I’m withdrawing around $50 AUD more than the total of my deposits.
This whole process has put a very dim light on this casino, for me, and I will no longer be using them.
