You know I’ve been going through this with you (and about ten others) for what feels like forever. So yeah, I’m honestly glad to see something finally move. We ran out of patience too, and the casino felt that. That helped.
Pressure can definitely work. But to be fair, there’s not much we as forum admins can do on the forum itself when it’s just us in there, right? What actually made a difference here was the complaints. When players put things clearly and firmly in the complaint process, it puts the pressure on the people who can really change something. And that’s exactly what happened here. The complaint made sense, the tension was there, and the people responsible started looking for a way out.
For now, I’m just glad we’re not seeing the forum full of unpaid cases and that the casino is still , at least as far as I know, responding to complaints submitted through us. Let’s hope it holds.
