Jeg bliver også spammet med bonustilbud, i går endda 200% speciel bonus via e-mail og 4 eller 5 andre tilbud. Det er så skandaløst, at de også annoncerer for en ny bonus. Her hos Casino Guru er der nu 41 åbne klager. De skylder os alle penge og annoncerer for nye bonusser, dette er bevidst svindel. Og ingen gør noget ved det.
Det er virkelig tilfældet, jeg fik også 2 mails 😂😂 men ingen reaktion på betaling. 2 måneder er nået.

Have 15000 left on my account aswell so if the money i'm waiting for is gone I hope they get things right in the end and mayby I can reccive some of that insteed.

that a quite an amount you have there. I'm sorry but at the moment I would not be much optimistic when it comes to compensation. Frankly, those game providers are not bound to the casino in any way that could help with the pending withdrawals, this is why the licensing authority is here.

On the other hand, you now at least the licensing authority deals with it. They might have many similar emails to yours and they'll just reply to all of them once they reach some conclusion. I suppose that they wouldn't deal with the casino if they didn't read your email and other emails from players.
Of course, it would be nice to give you a brief reply confirming they received your email and they're going to investigate it, but yeah...it is what it is.

That's my guess as well. The casino was bad according to our rating even before all of the issues with the missing withdrawals were discussed here. Thus I wouldn't say you'll get paid, but I'd say it might be still possible since the authority is dealing with it.
