Heh, in my dispute, winz.io directly admits that it confiscated the winnings because they decided to change the regulations.

I have no idea how you can have winz.io with a rating of 8.7 and give them a high trust rating, how such practices border on scam.

Practically the last 4 disputes concern the same thing, i.e. 2 players from Poland (including me) and 2 from Germany after adding their restricted countries and winz.io did not want to withdraw the money.

Only 4 players reported it here, but I bet they must have done it with all players from these countries, which means they stole a lot of money. And in this way, you can endlessly add countries to restrictions from time to time to have a basis for stealing money. After all, it's just a scam and shouldn't have a rating higher than 5.0

You really should lower their ranking for your own credibility.

I have passed verification, the conclusions are rejected. The support says that the verification has not been completed yet. The duration of the check is unknown, no other information is given.

upd: After posting the complaint, I wrote to support again, they replied that they needed to make a withdrawal request again. Within half an hour, the withdrawal was approved. They also replied that the restrictions have been lifted, I can continue to place bets and make withdrawals

Hi, well it seems quite a lot to me too, but actually nothing that would be completely impossible in casinos. Today I also wrote back to a player at another casino who had the same inquiry and that it was also too much for him.

Frankly, many casinos apply wagering requirements to clean deposits, but I'd say it's quite unnecessary, especially for lower amounts. 🤔

Any tips on casinos without this kind of AML wagering requirement, perhaps? I bet others would love to know.

Just want to inform the players here that the payment provider named onafri, which this casino uses at least for Norwegian players, charges my bank account twice, stay far away from this criminal gang.

What do you mean twice? Is there any surcharge for using this payment method? Do they have it stated on the casino website?

It's not that complicated, I put in let's say 100 euros, I get charged 100 euros x2 so 200 euros in total. The casino's transaction history only shows 100 euros.
