I had the sam problem you have to go through a second KYC check!! I couldn't understand it either but once it's done once that's it. I think it's because you hit a certain deposit/withdrawal criteria.

I don't speak Spanish but I think it is the same problem I had. You have to use the app see where you need to verify and follow the process it because you have reached a deposit/withdrawal limit set by mifinity and now you have to go through KYC check before you can withdraw your money. It won't be processed over the weekend so you've got time to go through your app and see what needs doing it's not that difficult if I did it 😂

De vil stadig ikke lade mig hæve pengene, jeg vil forklare min situation godt, se, de bad om følgende dokumentation... ID-kort, bevis på bankkonto osv. Så al min dokumentation er spansk, men jeg er fra Brasilien, så jeg har boet i Spanien i mange år. Faktisk har jeg spansk statsborgerskab, og i Spanien er jeg selvstændig, jeg mener, jeg har en lille virksomhed, så nogle gange forstår jeg ikke, hvorfor de afviser min dokumentation, men hey, jeg bliver ved med at prøve, tak for alt 😊
