I got a full refund and the transactions were from 2023. The reason is that Mass toyin ltd uses mastercards own payment gateway (mpgs). So this will only work for this specific merchant

Firstly gaming sites are not allowed to except credit cards any longer for gambling transactions this was a new law passed I am not sure when this came in but it definitely is active as I was only reading about it the other day on the ukgc website. As credit cards are a form of credit. Just Google. So look this up these sites who are taking credit card payments are in breach of the fcs. So find the info and go back to them with the info and ask them to refund expecially betway I have had run ins with this joke of a site and managed to get refunded after threatening to expose them to national newspapers for fraudulent activity. They soon gave me my funds back. Then contact your credit card provider by the way ignore gaminglars he can't help you.

And what's your fees? You have no gaurentee that you can retrieve players funds. Do you charge fees upfront. If you really wanted to help people you would be sharing your knowledge on here openly.

Sure. Just to be clear though, the reason I got refunded was that the merchant used mpgs which is mastercards own payment gateway. So they have violated their own rules. this method will only work for a few number of merchants.
