Selvom jeg i starten nød at spille her og var forsigtigt optimistisk, er det desværre blevet klart, at dette ikke er et sted at spille, hvis man vil hæve penge. Jeg har ventet i over en uge uden ende på en udbetaling på 500 CAD. E-mails bliver ikke besvaret. I går, efter at have ventet 30 minutter på chatten, fik jeg at vide, at forsinkelsen skyldtes det store antal udbetalingsanmodninger, hvilket efter min erfaring bare er endnu en måde at sige, at de enten er løbet tør for penge til at betale folk, ikke har nok personale til at fungere, ønsker, at folk skal spille deres gevinster, men ikke modtage dem, eller simpelthen snart lukker deres døre. Uanset årsagen er jeg færdig med at spille her og har ingen grund til at tro, at jeg nogensinde vil se en øre. Jeg opdaterer denne anmeldelse, hvis det nogensinde sker. Pas på.
Opdatering: Et par timer efter jeg skrev denne anmeldelse og den blev godkendt (jeg havde også sendt casinoet et skærmbillede af det via e-mail), modtog jeg min udbetaling, og den var øjeblikkeligt på min bankkonto i henhold til den metode, jeg bruger. De vedlagde en note, der sagde, at de behandler udbetalinger inden for 48 timer, hvilket slet ikke er, hvad min oplevelse var. En hel uge er langt fra 48 timer, og jeg tror personligt ikke, jeg ville have haft nogen resultater uden at skrive min anmeldelse på dette forum. Så tak til Casino Guru. Jeg opgraderede min oplevelse moderat, fordi jeg rent faktisk modtog mine penge.
Although I initially enjoyed playing here and was cautiously optimistic, it's become sadly clear this isn't a place to play if you want to make a withdrawal. I've been waiting for over a week with no end in site for a $500 CAD withdrawal. Emails go unanswered. Yesterday after waiting 30 minutes on chat I was told the delay was due to the high volume of withdrawal requests, which in my experience is just another way of saying they are either out of funds to pay people, do not have enough staff to function, want people to play their winnings but not collect them, or simply will soon be closing their doors. Whatever the reason I am done playing here and have zero reason to believe I'll ever see a penny. I'll update this review should it ever happen. Beware.
Update: A few hours after writing this review and it being approved (I had emailed the casino a screenshot of it as well) I received my withdrawal and it was instantly in my bank account as per the method I use. They included a note saying that they process withdrawals within 48 hours, which is not at all what my experience was. A full week is a far cry from 48 hours, and I personally don't believe I would have had any results without writing my review on this forum. So thank you Casino Guru. I upgraded my experience moderately because I actually received my funds.
