Hi everyone, I would like to share my experience at Wildsino recently.

I have played at Wildsino without accepting any bonus so all of bets were from my real balance. I deposited $1500 and I have won about $20000. This casino has a very small daily withdrawal limit but the worse is its withdrawal process and KYC process.

After submitting the withdrawal request, I have been waiting for 3 business days and then I was asked to provide documents to conduct the KYC process. This casino purposely delay your withdrawal as you could not submit the documents before they asked you to. You would have to wait till they asked you then you would have the valid link to submit your documents. After submitting all of the documents, they did not approve it straight away, it would take them a few more business days to review and not guarantee your documents will get approved. I have already been waiting for 6 business days and even my KYC process haven’t done yet. How ridiculously slow process. We all know what they are trying here, they purposely delay all of the process and do them slow so the players could lose of their winnings before they could withdrawal. Such dodgy thinking behind the scene is very shameful and dishonest. I really do NOT recommend this casino, the were are so many much better choices online.

Hi, I am submitting this review to sincerely ask you all to avoid playing at this Thrill et Casino. I have played and won $4000 AUD. I have submitted required document and got confirmation Email saying my verification process is finished. On the casinos website, it’s terms and conditions stating that there’s a weekly withdrawal limit of €7500 and there’s not daily withdrawal limit, so I have submitted a withdrawal request of $4000AUD. My withdrawal has been rejected and I have been told that there’s a daily withdrawal limit of €1000 which is about $1700 AUD. I have argued that there’s daily limit was not mentioned on the T&Cs, but obviously the casino doesn’t care.

I have resubmitted $1700 AUD withdrawal on 16/09 via bank transfer, about 2 days later they reject my withdrawal request again, and claiming that I haven’t provided BSB number of the bank account. It is a ridiculous excuse, because I even could not click submit button for the withdrawal request if I did not key in the BSB number of my bank account.

I have re-submitted the withdrawal request on 18/09 and ensuring the BSB and Account numbers have all been keyed in. Now it’s 24/09, my withdrawal is still pending, and the casino keeps finding excuse to asks me to wait. I have never been waiting for a week to get the withdrawal to be processed. I’m not gonna let them get away like this. But I really suggest all of you avoid play here. My experience is terrible. I’m thinking of lodging a complaint if I still did not get pay by the end of this week.

I would like to express my frustration of this casino. My account has been verified about 4 weeks ago, I have received Email confirming my withdrawal was fully verified. I have won $17000 AUD and my first 2 withdrawals were OK. When I thought everything is good, the hectic was happening. My third withdrawal has been cancelled, as they request more bank statement. I have provided them and wait for a few more days, then they were requesting more information. They were asking for a photo that I need hold my ID in front of my house with the house number on it, it is ridiculous request and most of the houses in Australia may not have house number. They also asked for the payslips of last 3 months to prove my income source. Anyway, I have been very cooperative and submitted them accordingly, but I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now, still did not hear back from them about the KYC process. They just keep refuse to pay the winnings and keep asking me to wait. It is very unreasonable and unfair. Please avoid to play here.

I would like to write a review about the hassle that Go Spin was creating against my verification process. When I have submitted all required documents, 2 days later I have received an Email asking me to provide the photo of driver licence. After I have provided that, they reject my photo and edit the request becoming asking for my selfie photo with the driver licence. I have uploaded a selfie with driver licence, then one day later they reject my photo and give a new request to ask for a selfie photo with driver licence in my right hand and passport photo in my left hand. Why they could not tell me this request at the first place and keep rejecting my documents and delay my verification for another 4 days. I really feel that I have been fooled and played. Now guess what, after I have provided the photo, they still not approving my verification, they are asking for the official document to prove my income source! How ridiculous is this? They just keep creating the a reason after another reason to not finish your verification process. I understand that verification and KYC is important and necessary, but this casino is really trying to create hassle and purposely not giving you the correct and clear request to delay their customer ls’ process. This is dodgy and unfair.

I have to say my experience in Kingamo Casino is not very good. I have submitted the withdrawal request and I have been advised the request will be processed within 24 hours. I have been waiting for 2 days, but still nothing happens. Their support operator keep saying because of the workload, it’s taking a bit longer, but be honest, they should do their job better. If you can’t get your money back in time, the winning means nothing but just the number.

I have previously tried to finish the verification process and it said it could not be done on its website. I have sent the Emails to their financial and support team, but no response about how long it can be done and no response after I have sent my documents. I have been waiting for 2 days to get my verification finish. Now my verification is done, but I still can’t withdrawal via bank transfer, because this casino required me to deposit another minimal amount by using the same payment method which is the bank transfer to be able to withdrawal via bank transfer! And the worst thing is you can’t deposit via Bank transfer, as they don’t have this deposit option for players to choose at all!! So now I have to contact their financial department again and be waiting for their slow reply to see how I can get my money back! What a ridiculous requirement! You need to pay more money in to get your money back. I’ve never seen such unfair and unreasonable requests in all other online casinos! Their financial department never respond your questions in time. I believe that they are just trying to delay your withdrawal so they can pay you slower or even not pay you back. They just wait till you lose them all! I’m not gonna give up and I’m not gonna let them go with my money like this. So dodgy!
