I won 4,000. All websites and the casino state that the maximum withdrawal is 3 x 1,000 euros per day. I can't withdraw more than 500 euros per day. I emailed them, and they replied that they take into account the length of a player's session and approach each player individually. This is insane, unfair, and a violation of the law at all casinos because I'm not bound by the written system; they just make up their own withdrawal amounts. I want to withdraw everything and delete my account because I'm afraid to play there. If I won 50,000, I don't think I would ever withdraw it with their system.

I made two deposits on this site. The first took 12 Hours to be charged on my Windetta account (money was charged instant from my bank).

The second one is still pending after 80 hours!!! I sent them 10 Mails, wrote to live chat 2 times and im still waiting. I sent them proof of my bank and they always answer with automatic answers.

I have near a month of experience with this casino but in my opinion it wa enough to rate it maximum for now. Daily proper promotions, huge variety of games, short withdrawal period and nice support.

Would like to speak especially about support - a little episode.
I had lost a progress in a game which demand too many bets to collect. I spent 4-500 Euros in total to reach the final stage but when I made the last deposit to finalize my progress I see all the progress was lost. After playing and losing some money i decided to stop gambling and close the account on windetta.
I found out there are no options on their site for closing the acc or taking a break, but clicking on the "Responsible Gaming" button I saw there is a information that when you want to close your account and have gambling problems you just need to write down a email to their support team and that ´ s it.

I wrote the E-Mail on the 28.03.2024 and told them to close my account ASAP because I don´ t want to gamble anymore.
The next day and the day after I checked if my account was closed, it was not.
I thought ok maybe it takes a while. Two days ago i logged in and my account was still not closed, also I have NOT got any e-mail response from the support. I checked my spam folders also but nothing!
Then two days ago i logged in and i could play and the acc was not closed, i played again and lost 1000€.

After that I wrote them again the same night and STILL have got NO RESPONSE, no answer!
I also asked them for a refund because they have not closed my account when I asked for, if they closed my acc when asked I would not play anymore ther! BUT my account was closed the next morning (again, no answers)!
I contacted the live chat support and boy, that is the worst experience I ever had with a live chat (i asked if he was a bot or a real person)!
The first time she told me i have got a answer from them a few days ago but I NEVER got a mail from them! Today i contacted the live support again and he told me I need to wait for the response and that it can take a while, and that they have not sent me any e-mails yet and I should wait more!
It does not matter what I ask them the only answer is i should just wait for the answer! I am waiting 10 days now and NOTHING!

I have previously tried to finish the verification process and it said it could not be done on its website. I have sent the Emails to their financial and support team, but no response about how long it can be done and no response after I have sent my documents. So far I have place a small deposit in bitcoin to this casino to witch they have claimed they never received even after I have shown all evidence of an approved transaction to there wallet, with chat logs from my crypto support claiming that they do have it 100%.. Not sure what reviews like the one below me are on about tbh.. if you’ve been gambling for a long time you know you’ll have very unlucky and very lucky time periods. Go easy on losing streaks, go hard on winning streaks (easier said than done ofc). Just because you’re having a bad luck streak, doesn’t necessarily mean the casino is cheating you.

So far I’ve had a nice experience with Windetta and their sister site (Smokace). On Windetta I registered on Sunday, depoed 50€ for the welcome bonus and finished with 700€ after the wager at the end of the day, verification + cashout (NODA bank transfer) was done in under 36 hours. I’ve had around 7-8 deposits on Smokace so far, had some nice cashouts from that as well.
  • Decent welcome bonuses + daily bonuses throughout June
  • No max win cap on deposit bonuses
  • Fast verification/cashouts
  • I’d add the provider ELK (pretty hot studio rn, I’d argue they have the most creative + visually appealing slots besides Nolimit
  • Games could be sorted by Most recent at each provider’s section
  • A bit too many games aren’t available with a bonus balance. I’ll take it though as long as there’s no ridiculous max win cap

Rigtigt fupcasino, ikke at gratis spins ikke betaler noget, RTP er så lavt, at det ikke er muligt at vinde her. Spil kører ikke glat og går altid i stykker, som om de blev manipuleret. Not recommended casino,they send me an sms promoting me this new casino with 100% bonus,I registered made deposits worth 1200 euros and after I won 1400€ they closed my account and written off my balance because I had applied self exclusion on a sister site but they mention nowhere the list of the affiliated casinos.Still fighting to at least get my deposits back.Support is also useless and they don’t reply to emails.
