Fake ads got me to install the app on my device and in signing up did not realize that the ads were completely false and would require a substantial financial commitment. The Problem with This Casino

This casino forces you to wager three times your total bet amount before you can withdraw — even if you don’t use any bonuses.

Most casinos only require a 1× playthrough, which is the standard anti-money-laundering rule set by governing bodies. By enforcing a 3× playthrough and a $50 minimum withdrawal, they’re deliberately making it harder for players to cash out. It feels exploitative.

Hi I'm pretty torn between the fact that the casino is good and has really good games but the bonus are unfair because 10 dollar deposits add up but not as far as yous are concerned and that I believe is not right

I just need some help as there are others who’ll find that but I filled a complaint against win spirit in the police station as i made a profit of 1170 and someone placed a 70 dollars of approx bet in front of me and that very moment I called my personal vip manager but his working hours were finished and this happened second time first time amount was too damn small and vip manager helped me a lot and he refunded me but this time asked the support that delete my account i urged them but they didn’t if my account was hacked or jammed but how can other person playing with my account at the very moment when I was logged in and when I left my whole balance got zero and they even changed my mail and what happened next I have all the screenshots I was complaining that my account deactivated and unable to login they said when you created that account the email was different and I send them screenshots that I send my deposit from this mail and I have messages in my mail and you know what when I was complaining them about my account freezed or deactivated and I can’t login at that very time a bet placed from my account and I was talking with support from my friend account that my account is deactivated and when I confronted them they said no agent talked me from my friend’s account for such issues and even when I provide them all my details in all of this I lost my whole day my new year evening and my funds and what they said to me we know your position and we can’t help you and that’s why I fillled a complaint and as soon website’s and it’s all member tracked down I’ll send a legal notice to each one of them especially Anna , Brian and Hailey as they said I had no conversation with these guys from my friend account liars fraud….

I wouldnt use a site that benefits from sick people. I was asked to send personal medical records that showed my diagnoses for nothing. I have only asked to send those when casino was going to refund deposits. If casino seems someone has diagnosed as addict it would be only fair to refund. If we know about addiction, we know that it causes you to send all your money even when you dont really want to. I would recommend all to use only casinos that care about the issues they cause and is fair regarding their actions.
