I have played this site for a few months, never winning but then I had a good run. I won £2800 so, I withdrew £2500 and played with the remainder. After the required 21 working days I contacted the sites 24 hour customer services to enquire when I would be paid out as I had not had the confirmation email and on my account it just said 'active'. All they would say was that they would send an email and that checks on payments can take a while. I've never had to wait 21 working days before and wondered what checks could possibly take that long before they pay out. Because I was getting very frustrated, I contacted them a couple of times a week but after 8 weeks I new I wasn't getting paid out, but I kept trying!
Several times I asked them how I could make a complaint but they had no idea. They had no way of contacting a manager or anyone in authority (so they informed me) and an email is all they could do. I had emailed them several times over the three and a half months I was waiting and never got a reply.
I did find out that these people are like renting office space. They answer queries as best they can but are not actually part of the company. After 3 months I gave up as they were not going to pay me out. I did email them several times to say that if they were not going to pay out then I wanted all my deposit money back as I am sure it was much more than £2500. Again, no reply. and I ended up cancelling the withdrawal, spending the money as quickly as possible on slots and closing the account.
4 Crowns is definitely a sister site to Ares, and I have played them both but now I have closed all account on both of these and any associated sites
