Hello, bet-at-home.de simply locked my account after I had submitted all the required documents. After sending the bank confirmation, I received an email a few hours later saying that I had requested to withdraw funds through an alternative method and contacted support. They told me that there are no new registrations allowed and that I am not allowed to contact support anymore. I just wanted to clarify if I can get my winnings of €1,500. I don’t know what to do now. There is no reason for them to refuse my withdrawal and to permanently lock my account. My casino account was fully verified!

Hallo bet-at-home.de hat einfach meine Konto gesperrt nachdem ich die geforderten Dokumente alle eingereicht habe und zuletzt die Bankbestätigung paar Stunden später kam die Email ich wollte die Auszahlungen auf einen anderen Weg auszahlen lassen und habe den Support angeschrieben die meinten es gibt keine neu Registrierung mehr und ich darf nicht mehr mit dem Support in Kontakt treten wollte nur klären ob ich mein gewonnenenes Geld bekomme in Höhe von 1.500€ und jetzt dies ich weiß nicht was ich tun soll es gibt keinen grund mir die Auszahlung so zu verweigern und mein konto dauerhaft einfach so zu sperren mein casino konto war vollständig verifiziert!
