Доброго времени суток ,мне наконец сегодня только заблокировали аккаунт ,не могу сказать точно навсегда они сделали это или нет ,до этого они не могли этого сделать.
Ответа от казино не поступало. Я создал претензию на возврат средств ,начиная с 25 марта и по настоящий момент ,но блокировку по причине лудомании и игровой зависимости я запрашивал в чате поддержки начиная с декабря 2022 года ,мне ещё тогда дали одобрение ,сказали сделают все что в их силах ,аккаунт снова не был заблокирован ,я множество раз писал о зависимости/лудомании/игровой зависимости.
После размещения жалобы ,был получен ответ от представителя Cat Casino , цитирую :
-"Привет! Увидел проблему. В течение 3 дней процесс перестроим в компании. Больше такого не будет. Проблему признаем, клиента сейчас заблокируем."
Но их "сейчас" снова растянулся и блокировка наступила лишь через 10 часов.
Все сохраненные переписки и скриншоты депозитов отсылаю на почту.
