I come across the same issue whenever I try to use a promotion a receive via email, especially if it's a free chip. The bonus code never works and whenever I reach out to customer service I am told it doesn't apply to me and they have no control over who receives the email. Does anyone else have this problem?
Hi, does this happen in any particular casino ? Obviously they don't control who all the emails go to, but I think the casino might have it covered that if you can't take bonuses they won't send you emails like that. But as we can see this is not the case. Of course, did you try to ask them if they had decided not to allow you to take these bonuses ? Sometimes it happens that if you took bonuses without depositing between them, the casino can exclude you from taking more. Unfortunately the casino can decide who they will and won't offer their bonuses to. 🙁
