The way I see it, it was just a hypothetical matter for the player.
"Well they allowed me to deposit and play. And technically if I had won and wanted to have withdraw. They would have denied my withdrawal"
The reply was:

Have you lost the funds that you deposited in the casino, or are they untouched in your casino account?
