BK8 stole all my money from my account!
They wrote that I violated their rules.
Then I pointed out to them that I am an experienced user and carefully read all your rules, 100% I did not violate your rules! Can you indicate which of the rules was violated?
Then they answered me that they will not name which rule I violated. I simply violated it. And therefore your entire balance will be canceled due to such bad activity!
I tried to argue, I wanted to point out to them that how can you steal money from a client's account?
Then all the answers were automatic like - "we are very sorry that this happened, but the decision is final and is not subject to revision"
Simply shocking.
Just like the Curacao license, which facilitates thieves.
so you understand, my account is several years old, I had silver VIP status, with a turnover on the account of more than 60 thousand dollars per month!

I am really sorry for this whole situation, and to me, it sounds pretty bad that they didn't explain anything more to you.
Our complaint team could investigate the whole issue at this casino and try to contact their representative for more information if you wish. All you need to do is submit a free of charge complaint here, and we will intervene as soon as possible.

Scam casino ( not original slots) as F1 casino and Marvel casino. But Casino closes their eyes on it

Casinos i mentioned above has fake slots. And all these casinos do not have license.
I found it by not looking similar to originail slots ( i can write you the exact differences in email,but i do not want them to know it and fix it)
More over look at the Marvel Casino players review they all say it is fake. And you did nothing. And they high rating despite having no license and having fake slots

I completely sympathize with your worries, but we are unable to validate the slots game. I apologize, but we cannot simply accept your word as proof as long as no authority conducts an official investigation and validates your and others' concerns. Just so you know, we have no tool to do that.
To be honest, I am not aware of any authorities that are tasked with controlling or confirming the legitimacy or randomness of casinos. Such suspicions should typically be communicated to all related game providers because it is their product that is "at risk."
Would you consider that?

Ahah it so funny. All slots data are taken from providers' servers right? If slot looks different from the slot in other casinos it means it fake. Do you agree with me?

As Radka already mentioned, this can be checked only by a certain game provider. That is how we got to the information that some games are fake, and we included it in our review.
So, please, if you have any kind of concern, try to contact some of the providers and send them the proof about some casinos with fake games under their name. I hope you will be able to warn them about it, and then if it is really legitimate, we can also include it in our review.
