Jeg kan godt forstå de har dårligt omdømme jeg vandt er ved at få udbetalt men support kunne jeg ikke få da jeg har skrevet fødselsdag forkert. Og er fra dk. De har ingen licens har jeg læst... tror det er bedre steder at spille

Hey Lilo! Always check a website or room you play for their payment policies. First thing you should check what is required to receive a payment from room. I mean documents and other staff as sometimes rooms require some documents which you are not able to send. Good luck!

Writing the date of birth wrong is a very basic mistake. I'm afraid even a casino with a great reputation wouldn't pay you for that reason. Your personal information written on your ID simply have to match the info on your casino account.
Sometimes, when you lost a lot in the casino and have some small withdrawal request, they let you continue playing in the casino, because they know it's worth it. But if you're a new player, especially playing with a bonus, then it's a big problem.
