I’m tryin to contact the developer or someone because there is a glitch in their game that essentially will give you unlimited free money for an undetermined specified time . There are no real support options as far as I can tell .


I also have questions to their verification process . I was asked to verify my identity which I have done but now it’s asking to verify my residency . My current address is on my DL that I supplied them . So i went ahead and sent them a copy of a recent utility bill and it was rejected . It had both my name and my roommates name on the bill . So it wasn’t accepted . And for obvious privacy reasons I certainly don’t want to send my tax forms or bank statements . What should I do here ?

I'd say the best shot would be to visit the game provider's official website and then find something like "contact us".

When it comes to verification, I'd say you should provide at least the bank statement since this is a commonly used document. If you don't like the idea, you should think about it before you deposit at the casino. By creating an account, I'd bet that by doing so, you also confirmed your agreement with their terms and conditions. Decent casinos list documents you should be ready to present in order to pass the KYC (know your customer) verification. Yeah, I know I sound like I want to lecture you; it's just the opposite, though. 🙏

Thanks for your quick response.. I found your information both informative and useful. I was able to contact the developer and you were correct, there was a contact us link that I missed. They use icons instead of words for their menu selections and that's why I missed it . I reported the glitch, I updated my phone software, and I updated the app but the glitch still exists. My conscience is clear because I feel I did my due diligence to inform them. I got an email back indicting that they are on vacation . I was just surprised by that response.


I went ahead and sent them a copy of the bank statement and just redacted th account numbers and customer numbers and I used an account I really don't use. I just had privacy concerns. and was approved almost immediately after I uploaded the bank statement . And I was delighted to do the e-course. You have been a very helpful person and for that I thank you .

Your honesty and commitment are so inspiring! I'm truly glad both suggestions worked out well for you.

And the e-course, of course!

You know the KYC process may easily become a bit tricky, but we are convinced a decent casino aims to provide good support, keeping the player well-informed all the time.

The same goes for the game providers and their part of the industry, now that I'm thinking of it.

As far as I can see, the worst misunderstandings and tendencies to create wild "explanations" usually come from a lack of communication.

Thank You for your kind words. I just wanted to circle back and give you a brief update. I am assuming that the developers are back from vacation, and was told that they are currently working with the developers about the glitch. I believe that perhaps initially there may have been a cultural difference and a communication barrier but I now believe they understand what I was trying to explain about and are currently working toward a solution.


P.S. Your reply about misunderstandings and wild accusations was almost poetic it was so well said. And I agree that these moral standards of fairness, honesty, and open communication not only applies to patrons, providers and the industry in general, but certainly goes hand in hand with those who provide good support.

I suppose that feeling can only come from the human aspect of understanding that not even an AI can yet duplicate.

Well, I'm left speechless. 🙂 I'm delighted to see that it all went well in the end.

And of course, I completely agree with your very fitting observation about human emotions. In my opinion, communication is not just a verbal exchange of words, the whole context is pretty easy to comprehend when you can actually maintain eye contact or just see the person you are talking to. Which is very close to acting naturally and reflecting your behavior on the subject through your actual feelings.

AI is clever, but at the same time, it lacks organic chemistry (at least for now) 😀.
