Yesterday i won Lucky Dreams 500€ but my Cash Out ist cancelled everytime . because deposit Proof. Dont Show Date and time of Transaktion.it's not my fault, my online Banking Show Iban and Transaktion only 🥲🥲.

I find it hard to believe that you can't see the transaction date. 🤔 Try to access the "history" tab or something similar to it. Alternatively, ask your bank to provide you with a printed version of the transaction history or ask the bank how to find the date and time. This is a very important document, you must prove that it was you who deposited vis this payment option, I'm afraid.
