While I have filed a complaint for this casino with mentioning the correct website, I found out that there are 2 more complaints about the same casino but listed in the wrong casino.

Could you or the colleague in charge of this have a look and update the casino to spacewincasino.com and not space wins?


So the results will be linked to the right casino once it is posted and potential black points too to warn other players if this casino ends up being rogue which I more and more start to think looking to the second complaint I linked where the player got the exact same reply as I got...🙁

I tried to check that myself first, but both links now only lead to the complaint section - not to the specific complaint, and I guess that this is because the casino has been already changed. 🤔

As far as I can see both complaints do still open the complaint.


If you visit the complaint section and search on space wins casino you will find the two complaints (amounts of €175 and €13K), maybe you will be able to retrieve it this way.


The first complaint is from @Mike1985 and second from the TS here. Both have posted complaints about spacewincasino.com but choose the wrong casino Space Wins Casino which is a different casino.

I understand the problem with incorrect casinos, will try to sort it out will the complaint team immediately, but what concerns me as well is that links seem to be somehow bugged.

Definitely a rogue casino there is no doubt about this.


After my complaint the casino came with some auto mail about security issues and is willing only to provide a partial refund. Then you agree on this and they still have not paid out anything and everytime there is some sort of excuse. Either the casino management has not looked into the case or they want to verify my deposits.



For all players considering this casino stay as far away as you can as they will only collect your money. Their License seal is also fake and their Customer Support has one job that's keeping you busy with excuses.


And @ Casino Guru Team, could you remove the owner of this casino in the review?
