game play very bad

Ive been trying for weeks to play a game on Club world casino that i like on RTG Sites.Asgard.But trying to play it on this site goes slow and reels take upwards to 1 min to spin and stop.I tryed other games and all are slow execpt the ones that have speed setting.If setting is on a 1 its slow and on 2 its the speed like 1 was till it turned Snail play.I recorded it on my phone but cant get it uploaded anywhere yet.I think i will goto twitter.I can play on 100 other RTG sites with no slowness on the same game

You mean playing that game "demo" here in guru or playing it for real in a casino? Searched and it's not supported here, in case you are trying to play it in a casino tell support about it

When I set the speed to 2x, each spin takes exactly 3 seconds. When I set it to 1x speed, then it takes 8 seconds.

That's interesting. I would assume Chrome is a smooth browser.

I did and no luck.This pc I have is new gaming system 2tb hd,300.00 video card,16gb ram and high speed internet.If I do a video of what I get,it would blow u away.takes 1 min or more for the reels to stop when u spin.I don't have this problem on any other site except slotter casino.i might put on Twitter with link so everyone can see what I deal with. I am also a retired electronics technician/computer technician . They tell me to clear my cache reboot my system flush my browser , and nothing helps. None of my settings are off So I can't explain it . You have to see What I see and it would drive you nuts trust me

I didn't say I don't believe you. The casino should pay attention to such feedback, though I think you need to be put through the more advanced department than the usual support is. The link you mentioned should help the casino understand the issue is real.🤔

Did you try to switch devices or change the browser? It really does not sound like a regular gameplay to me.
