Jeg vil gerne dele min erfaring med Coolzino Casino og deres betalingsprocessor Skinsmagnate (Noxious Limited, UK reg.nr. 14657425) for at advare andre om svigagtig tilbageførselspraksis og misbrug af Merchant Category Codes (MCC'er) for at omgå gamblingrestriktioner.
Jeg indsatte oprindeligt penge på Coolzino Casino, men indså senere, at de brugte forkerte MCC-koder til at behandle betalinger, hvilket gjorde det muligt for dem at omgå min banks spilleblokering. På grund af dette anmodede jeg om en refusion på grund af ukorrekt transaktionsbehandling. Coolzino Casino bekræftede via e-mail, at de havde behandlet en fuld refusion, men jeg modtog aldrig det fulde beløb.
Efter at have ventet og set, at min konto aldrig blev krediteret for den fulde refusion, rejste jeg en tilbageførsel hos min bank under "Refusion ikke modtaget". Jeg fremlagde klare beviser fra Coolzino Casino, der viste, at de bekræftede tilbagebetalingen, men min bank afviste senere mit krav efter at have modtaget falsk dokumentation fra Skinsmagnate, den tredjepartsprocessor, de brugte.
Skinsmagnate fremlagde en svigagtig kvittering og hævdede, at jeg havde modtaget varer eller tjenester. Kvitteringen stemte ikke overens med mine faktiske transaktioner, og de angivne beløb var helt forskellige fra de beløb, jeg bestridte. Endnu værre, adressen på kvitteringen var ikke engang min. På trods af denne klare uoverensstemmelse accepterede min bank Skinsmagnates dokumentation og lukkede min sag uden at give mig en chance for at svare.
SKINSMAGNATE
I want to share my experience with Coolzino Casino and their payment processor Skinsmagnate (Noxious Limited, UK Reg. No. 14657425) to warn others about fraudulent chargeback practices and misuse of Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) to bypass gambling restrictions.
I originally deposited funds into Coolzino Casino, but later realized they were using incorrect MCC codes to process payments, which allowed them to bypass my bank’s gambling block. Because of this, I requested a refund due to improper transaction processing. Coolzino Casino confirmed via email that they had processed a full refund, but I never received the full amount.
After waiting and seeing that my account was never credited for the full refund, I raised a chargeback with my bank under "Refund Not Received." I submitted clear evidence from Coolzino Casino showing that they confirmed the refund, yet my bank later denied my claim after receiving false documentation from Skinsmagnate, the third-party processor they used.
Skinsmagnate provided a fraudulent receipt, claiming that I had received goods or services. The receipt did not match my actual transactions, and the amounts listed were completely different from the amounts I disputed. Even worse, the address listed on the receipt was not even mine. Despite this clear discrepancy, my bank accepted Skinsmagnate’s documentation and closed my case without giving me a chance to respond.
