Hi my account is now verified however now they won't release my funds because they say there is a an active bonus on my account. I didn't win my bet off Casino I deposit £20 and won off sports betting but they don't want to pay out they trying all the tricks possible. I even try to meet the requirements for the bonus by wagering £1 on the casino 20 times but they are set on stealing my money.

They say they will keep all my winnings because of £1 bonus that I didn't even ask for. I must wagered all of the money in my account on Casino I only join the website to do sports betting.

I feel like if you received the casino bonus, but you don't play casino games, then the casino should be able to cancel the bonus they added to your account.

Yeah I couldn't get out of it I end up playing the bonus next is about seeing when and if my withdrawal will be processed. They take 5 days to verify everything
