Bets24 tilbagetrækningsproblemer

Hej.

Har nogen formået at hæve penge fra bets24 casino?

Min konto er verificeret. Jeg har indbetalt i alt 950 euro med to visa-kort (begge verificeret). Jeg har forsøgt at hæve 600 euro i mange dage, og mine anmodninger bliver afvist igen og igen.

Chatten fortæller mig, at de ikke kender årsagen og beder mig skrive en mail, der aldrig får svar.

Jeg åbnede min konto og indsatte 350 euro, som jeg tabte, jeg anmodede om permanent lukning på grund af spilleafhængighed.

Kontoen blev lukket, men et par dage senere blev den genaktiveret, og jeg indbetalte (600 euro ved forskellige lejligheder).

Med den sidste indbetaling var jeg heldig og formåede at inddrive 600 euro (som de nu ikke tillader mig at hæve)

I betragtning af den holdning kasinoet viser, tror jeg, at det ikke bliver nemt for dem at behandle min udbetaling. Enten kan/vil de ikke betale, eller også har de tænkt sig at annullere udbetalingerne, indtil jeg spiller dem og mister dem.

Kontoen blev genaktiveret, fordi jeg anmodede om det, men jeg synes stadig ikke, jeg skulle have gjort det, da jeg tidligere har kommunikeret min ludomani.

Det var umuligt. Jeg anmodede om hævninger hver dag i en uge, og de havde altid en undskyldning (for meget arbejdsbyrde, beløbet var for stort, forkerte bankoplysninger osv.)

Jeg har vundet en tvist til en værdi af 600 euro. Da Casino Guru forsøgte at kontakte dem, sagde de, at de ville refundere mine penge, hvis Casino Guru øgede deres vurdering.

Ninbet er i øvrigt det samme casino som Bets24, jeg anbefaler det ikke.

Unfortunately, I must inform you that my recent communication with the casino's support was quite unpleasant. They offered assistance only on the condition that we increase their rating on our site. Artificially inflating a casino’s safety index is something we do not - and will not - do, and I find such a request unacceptable.

I agree this is unacceptable. This approach is beyond lost, in my opinion.
