Well, where do I start?
1.) VIP Department first off lied to me about the Black VIP upgrade . I made the required amounts if not even more $3000-$3500 in deposits to be upgraded from Platinum Status. The agreed amount was $2000 between November 2022-December 2022 on a phone call with their Supervisor (Stephanie) who agreed on this. Since filing the complaint over a month ago now, their department tells me that all phone recordings were not functioning at the time I called . How convenient for them.
2.) Their Chat reps ask you to make deposits which is illegal to begin with. For example seeing the Clients/Customers they are coaxing to spend more/deposit more could have a Gambling problem. Their competition who I have been with for 5 plus years and am also a VIP member have told me these tactics from their chat site are grounds for having their license suspended or removed.
3.) Tried to resolve this issue with their department internally before filing the complaint, but after requesting roughly 30-35 times for the VIP/Supervisor Department to contact me via Reps in Chat and by email, they proceed to Ghost or blatantly ignore my requests.
This right there shows a pattern proving their guilt on this issue.
4.) One of their Chatbox Reps (Maria), said in one of our chats that the reason they are refusing to contact me is because I’m not making enough deposits. Again that’s a huge NO when it comes to being a licensed regulated casino site. Again why would I make additional deposits when they didn’t honour their end of the Deal.
5.) One of their VIP reps (Mark) then did the Coward reply (email) instead of talking directly on the phone to me, and said because I told their Supervisor Stephanie via email I was no longer interested in pursuing Black VIP due to the ghosting back in November but yet I made the the required deposits, actually made more deposits than needed to be upgraded, that this is the reason why I won’t be upgraded. Again this should have no effect on being upgraded seeing the agreed upon amount during our phone call was full filled on my end.
6.) I have now been waiting for over a month since January 20th when I closed my account for all emails , chat history and phone recordings since February 2022 till present to be released to me so I can then forward the information to Ecogra for them to take over the complaint. Still receiving excuses to why they are not releasing it. I’m now just waiting for the next unbelievable excuse/reason to this whole situation from them.
