My funds more than 11 lakhs are locked in FUN88, I am an indian player. What are the ways to processed them legally

When my account is locked there is no active bonus in my account.

Sure.

I got an update from FUN88 my account is locked permanently and they said my deposit's are not going to be refunded.

My Account verified 10 days before.

So, after 10 days i have done the additional deposit's to the account and i have completed the 1 time turnover with the whole amount after that i have placed one withdrawal request then they have locked my account.

After locking the account second time also i have submitted all the document's and my document's verified.

I have received an email saying My documents are verified and will take a decision on releasing my account.


Finlay they have blocked my account and total funds in the account.

I can see your complaint remains open so that's the best place to deal with it. It's quite strange to hear they verified your account and then they blocked it without telling you the reason.

After depositing the additional funds again they locked my account and second time i have submitted all the documents and they have verified my KYC documents second time also. But, they have not released my account and my funds.
