I posted a post last week cause I won 850 and they would only let me withdraw 100 pounds but I still haven’t received that and it’s been two weeks nearly.

If I may guess I would say that the bonus winnings were partly voided due to the maximum cashout rule, am I correct? I think you should ask the casino for the reason.
Furthermore, has your account been fully verified? If yes, that seems far too long to me.

Hi I was fully verified. There saying it’s there rules. It’s awful. I wagered all the bonus too and paid a fee. They said I was able to get 100 pounds of it but I’ve still not received that I’ve spent a lot on there site but won’t any more. Can you please help me why have I not received this 100 pounds when they said I should have.
