They keep saying waiting to hear back , it’s been 3 days now , What’s up with that ? They should pay me as I won on there web site and collect from there game provider. It’s not right

On the other hand, it's normal that the game provider is asked to investigate such cases. It may take up to several weeks or more, so please be patient. The moment the game provider provides the decision, the casino should update you with the result - whether the winning was legit.
I would wait for the result.
