Hi everyone im new here and have a complaint about pokie spins i have been playing here for a year now with no problems withdrawing but now i have won alot of cash they asked me to hold my documents and send them through then they asked me to get them notarized so i went paid for this to be done and sent them through now have not heard from them for a week now and live chat said there was a technical error thats why my withdrawal was reversed so i submitted another withdrawal then went onto live chat again to see what the delay was and the same person said they need my notarized documents lol so i sent them through again OMG FRUSTRATING just wondering if anyone here has had this experience? Cheers

Hi, I know it can be frustrating when you send something they ask you for and then they ask exactly for the same thing. There can be many simple reasons behind it. For example the person who should process the documents that you sent for the first time saved them into a wrong file so the next person didn't find them so you might be just unlucky that someone did a mistake before 😕

Let us know how did it go with the withdrawal.
