Honestly, I would expect that missing verification could probably block the withdrawal. The printscreen you provided may not be correct at all, because it also said "status unverified".
This is just a suggestion to me it seems weird, hence, I would prefer to be sure about the verification.
Have you asked the support or chat, perhaps?
I aim to help you out because I'm interested in this.
As I said, this is not a 100% assurance to me. One reason is that his info contains a question mark instead of let's say a green thick or the word "approved".

I am in the same situation as you made my frist on the 10 of October it was cancelled on the 16th of October had to verify my account which is done and accepted. Made my second one onto the 17th of October which was cancelled on the 22nd October after and hour or to trying to get answer live chat was told to make bank transfer still no word

What I don't understand here, is, why your balance was reduced to zero, though?🤔 Your balance should be 150, as that is the maximum withdrawal. Are you able to check in your account, whether they put the 150 there, please? Let us know abot any news regarding this issue.
Hej...for det første spillede jeg ikke kun bonuspengene, jeg spillede også mine egne penge, som jeg indsatte...det vil sige, jeg lavede en indbetaling på 10 euro og fik en bonus på 30...så en en fjerdedel af de penge, jeg satser, er mine...så det skulle også være de penge, jeg vandt.. det vil sige, ud af de 4 tusinde, skal 1.000 være mine... der er ikke sådanne vilkår nogen steder.. at give dig et eksempel, hvis jeg lavede en indbetaling på 200 euro og vandt en bonus på 30 euro, kan jeg hæve op til 150 euro???..shit
Sorry, but I do not think that this is how it works, actually.🤷♀️ Every casino has their own bonus terms where they need to state what is the maximum withdrawal from that bonus. After it is only up to you, if you agree to take that bonus and follow those terms of it, or if you decide that it is not good enough, let's say. We always recommend to read the terms beforehand to prevent any future issues.
