Yes they communicate with me and yes I seen a post from a guy over a year ago that said the same thing. But he did say he received a withdrawal deposit from them. It just wasn't no where near the amount of money he was supposed to receive. I am supposed to receive $500 and yes they are emailing me back. I have every email and pictures of all the messages from their websites online support team. The last email was just from yesterday. I believe. It said that my withdrawal is with the finance team. It will be sent out the beginning of next week. But it's been over a month since it was supposed to be sent. I deposit online Al the time at other casino s and it has never taken this long to receive a withdrawal. The longest I have ever waited was 14 days. And that was for "GrandRush Casino".
Here is a picture of my withdrawal request . They just recently changed the at the bottom. It use to say 2-3-23 because that was the first date I requested the withdrawal. They say that the processing time for a withdrawal is up to 18 work days. The processing time starts the day all of your documents they have requested are verified. So I requested the withdrawal on 2-3-23 my documents were all verified on 2-9-23 . So just a week or so ago they changed the date at the bottom of this message. That I received on their website. They changed it from 2-3-23 to 3-2-23. Which I think ridiculous but I got a laugh out of it at the same time. all they did was switch the month and day around. Like @$$#0/E$

Hello, so I received $101 and some change yesterday from Pure Casino. There was notification or emails from them to let me know if this deposit. I emailed them right away telling them to that I was supposed to receive a $500 withdrawal deposit. They emailed me back and said there is a $100 maximum withdrawal from the bonus. I have pictures videos of when I activated this bonus. I immediately noticed there is no maximum withdrawal for this promotion. The whole month and a half that I have been fighting to get this money, no one has said that I would only be receiving $100 and they all knew my withdrawal was for $500 I actually one $1500.00 but like a "Good Gambler" I spent all but $500 back. Can someone please help me get the rest of my money from this casino please. Plus if it has a maximum withdrawal of $100 then why did they send me $101 and some change? the way I see it, you should had cared more about the bonus terms just before the moment you decided to take it. It is very common such bonuses are limited by several rules, and the max cashout is the most common these days. Or at least I'd say so. If you are certain the casino is wrong, however, read this article about our complaint resolution center.
I'd ask the casino how exactly the amount sent to you was calculated.
