Yeah dude I’ve put a new chargeback in with chase bank. Wintermdsm is saying I have to wait 3 weeks until the investigation is complete so I’m gonna file against them aswel.

just showing an attempt at contacting the merchant should be enough just request in the email saying you have received an goods or service for what there company do and you can even say they aint responding

But with grotobook they are saying that I have received goods etc. The bank will see that and not listen.. there's not really much you can do in that sense.

Online ebooks, but I have obviously contacted them and I got a bit hasty in the emails etc lol. However their own t&Cs state that a book not read can be refunded within 30 days which I did mention in emails! It's a tough one.

They are still saying they can't find the payments. They show as helpersm London and visiola easy courses ltd.

Out of interest did you email helpersm pro at all. When I emailed paymentz I also emailed them the same time. Never got a reply but got the refund and I sent in the same details as you
