Same they took.12 weeks with mine but shot themselves in foot as I was told over phone that the case was definitely closed even though it was showing open on my account and a customer service advisor said no it's definitely closed but someone keeps raising it but it will keep getting rejected. Then I get email saying it's still being investigated then a phone call 3 weeks later from the fraud investigation officer who said he was investigating it and would call me back on the tue with a outcome obviously rejected .but in the beginning it was raised as fraud then they rejected it but said they would raise it as chargebacks and I had to fill out forms for items not received and send all correspondence to them I have attempted with the merchants .they said in final response letter we have concluded our investigation and we are not refunding you this was not a scam the dispute was not raised as scam but chargeback .I also had gambiling blocks and international payments on my account at time .the bank needed to provide information from evidence from.merchants to prove otherwise and they didn't. My case is now with FOS I honestly don't even think santander investigated they have an awful trustpioilot reviews
